Processing & Shipping Times
All orders ship from the United States.

Processing: Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be packed and prepared.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Once processed, most packages arrive within 3 business days.

International Shipping: After processing, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
A tracking email will be sent once your package leaves our warehouse. Tracking numbers may take up to 3 business days to activate. While we strive to meet these timelines, weather events, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery.

We stand behind every item we create. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
You may choose one of the following:

If the product is not damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping. To start a return, email support@sanctum-village.com with proof of purchase and photos or videos of damage or defect. Requests made more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible.
Missing or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived, please check:

Multiple Packages: Large orders may ship in separate boxes with different tracking numbers.

Local Post Office: Packages may be held for pickup.

Returned to Sender: Contact us if tracking shows a return.

Lost in Transit: Email us so we can investigate with the carrier.
If a package is marked “delivered” to the correct address but is missing, it may have been stolen. In such cases, please file a claim with the carrier and your local authorities. We are unable to replace or refund items when tracking shows successful delivery.
Address Changes & Cancellations
Our warehouse begins processing orders quickly.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, email support@sanctum-village.com and we’ll do our best to update the address or cancel the order.

If a shipping confirmation has already been sent, we can no longer change, cancel, or reroute the order.

Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout are not eligible for free replacement or refund.
Currency & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Your bank or credit card provider may apply exchange rates or fees if you use another currency. Our website uses SSL encryption for secure checkout, and we never store credit-card information.
